My Dearest Darkest by Kayla Cottingham is a young adult thriller story about two girls who accidentally unleash a powerful being in the abandoned section of their school. The girls have to work together to contain this being before it consumes the school and eventually the entire town. My Dearest Darkest is a thrilling nail biter that will always have you wanting to know what happens next. I really enjoyed this book and it kept me hooked up until the very end. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a spooky mystery novel.
